  1. My friend and I sent envelopes for the 2020 exhibit three/four weeks ago and have not received an email notification of receipt. I brought mine to the post office, had it weighed and was told by the postal clerk there would be no problem…please let me know whether or not it has been received…thank you.

    • so very sorry for the delay had a computer breakdown. just now updating and just seeing messages been a very long time.
